Good
Concierge so helpful in arranging an almost immediate bike delivery from WeCycle at a great price. The hotel is very nice but I never saw a beach. Pool and jacuzzi we front and center in the middle of the complex with many rows of lounge chairs. We had just arrived from a full service resort where rverone was smiling and. Willing to make the experience everything you could have dreamed of and more. Here, it was all about the rules: No restaurant tablewear in rooms, you must come to breakfast together because there is just one breakfast ticket, etc. GUEST ROOM DOOR AUTO LOCKS AT 10:59! We went to take luggage to car and came back for frig items— no entry! We had not even checked out!! I guess the checkout at 11 is not negotiable, even when not busy! We were getting ready to go at 10:45 am after not checking in until later in the evening on the night before and housekeeping actually entered the room without knocking— just opened th door and seemed annoyed that we were still there! The door auto locking was extraordinary and felt so rude. The housekeeping is obviously a management issue. I felt she was likely told to do what she was doing. Everything was clean and very comfortable, which is what really matters but in a service industry where everyone is obviously waiting for a tip, I felt like these folks really are after quick turnover. The concierge was knowledgeable and efficient but a smile would have made all the difference in the world!

Our plane was delayed landing which caused us to miss our connecting flight to Key West. We did not arrive until the day after we were scheduled to. Due to this, the airport offered to expend our flight back for one day so that we did not miss any vacation time. I called the hotel as soon as we got to the airport and explained the situation to the front desk attendant. They said that it was not a problem and could also extend our stay one night. They did not tell me that there would be any price difference. Upon checking out, I had an additional $113.78. The manager was very rude and would not even consider reversing that charge. I contacted Marriott customer service and the representative was willing to correct the situation but would need permission from that particular resort to do so. Of course the resort manager said no. There were other problems during our stay and I have photos to show. Our room was in a connecting hallway to another room and a maintenance closet. We were rudely awoken every morning at 6am to someone banging and clanging in that closet. Then the stove apparently needed to be replaced in the other room and there was a lot of noise from that. The pillows in our rooms were as flat as pancakes and resulted in terrible sleep. I called the front desk and they did not offer any apologies or solutions. We spoke to another couple while at the pool whom have been regular customers there. They also commented that the resort had went downhill in customer service.

Exceptional
We used to stay in this hotel many times and I can’t really complain, except now they don’t have really good cleaning service ,before the rooms were really spotless now it’s not bad but could be better. Staff always nice and polite . Pool area very relaxing, clean . Pool open probably till midnight or even longer which is amazing bc in other hotels u not allowed to use the pool after sundown which is ridiculous . Rooms very specious with full kitchen , washer and dryer , 2 full bathrooms ( base on one bedroom unit) nice balcony ( the best units are on 1st or 3rd fl and of course with the water view , pool view ok too. Beach is very realaxing , u can’t really swim it’s more like bay but they have water sport equipment that u can rent out - not too expensive . Food in the hotel not bad. They have bar at the pool area which is great u can order food and drinks while u hang out at the pool. Great place to stay if u have kids . My kids are older but they still love it here. I’m very picky person if we talking about hotels and I know they have a lot of nice hotels in Key West more modern ,newer and with better location I stayed in this hotels too ,but so far I like it here the most maybe bc their rooms are very good equipped. We always had good time here. So if u looking for relaxing , not modern place with conftable rooms that’s the hotel u should stay. is like 10-15 min drive to shopping / enterteiment area , but they have also stores in walking distance as well.

One of the best stays ever. The check-in process was a breeze, with a glass of Champagne as welcome. The staff was courteous and extremely gracious. The property is huge, but the layout is adequately planned out. Each building is appropriately labeled, with underground parking, and many floor access points. In the center is the pool area with access to the dock & water. Pool is clean, and is a good spot for some beautiful pics. The dock & water view is breathtaking & gives you a sense of calmness. All in all, well maintained and aptly setup. The room, if it can be said in one word, was just awesome. Everything depicted towards comfort and elegance. The furniture, bathroom, the amneties and most of all the bed - just Great. I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed sleeping at a hotel bed, until now. Overall a wonderful experience.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly, had a very nice view of the water and the suite was very spacious. The hotel is right on the left when you get to Key West and is about 10 minutes or so from Duval St and many of the restaurants and bars. The hotel has a shuttle downtown on the hour which was very convenient. We also took Uber’s around which was very inexpensive as the island is not very big. Don’t go to the hotel expecting a large beach and to be able to swim in the ocean. It’s a small beach for sunbathing that has a very nice view of the water and the hotel is very upfront about this which we weren’t surprised about. All in all we had a wonderful stay, no complaints.
