NOT HAPPY
TV was not functioning, next morning got locked out from our room due to inactive key-pass. Switched to another room, the next day they had construction going on in BOTH adjacent rooms (left & right). We were in room 623, 622 & 624 were banging and grinding to high pitch annoying sounds early in the morning. No compensation was granted, even after complaint... will NEVER stay in this chain, for sure !!

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel which is superbly located and close to rambla and metro station. It has tourist bys stop which is very handy. We also enjoyed cruise journey which is close by too. All staff at ths desk are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel without any reservations

Still have some improvements needed.
I have to give them only 3 stars. Below are my feelings on the stay. Let’s start with good parts. - Pretty clean and new hotel. - In a very quiet neighborhood. - The front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. Here are some improvements needed. - The shower design is pretty bad. I have used the shower like this that used partial glass panel. However, they only covered 1/3 so the water were spilled outside of shower everywhere. Pretty messy. - My wife liked to use her own towels during travel. She hung it in the bathroom and the cleaning crew took it. After we told the front desk and they couldn’t get it back. They did offer two free breakfast but that’s not what we really want. We asked for a set of new towels but they just couldn’t provide. - The doorman were really useless. They just stood there and did nothing. One day, when the taxi we ordered arrived, I opened the door fir my wife then walked to the other side of taxi. The taxi took off because they thought it was doorman opened the door. When we checked out the hotel with 3 pcs of luggages waiting for the ride. No one came forward to help yo put the luggage into the car. We stayed 4 days there and saw doormen all the time but did nothing all the time.
