My new favorite hotel!

I have been to Turkey several times before but this was my first time staying at this hotel. I am so sorry I didn’t find it sooner. I absolutely love this hotel. We stayed in a standard room and switched to one on the executive floor. Both options were wonderful however you can’t beat the view of the sea from the tub. I will be staying here every time I come to turkey.

Good service, clean room, great breakfast, amazing location. All around great experience. Very close to anything you'd like to visit, some minutes of walking and you're there. Breakfast that covers every need, tasteful and with variety. Personnel was very friendly and was willing to help us anytime.

Perfect stay in the heart of city!

I recently stayed at Richmond Istanbul, and I have to say—it was the perfect choice! Located right on Istiklal Street, the hotel puts you in the middle of all the action, with shops, cafes, and landmarks just a short walk away. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful—always ready with recommendations and quick to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable, which was a big plus after long days of exploring the city. Breakfast was another highlight—a great spread with plenty of options, making it the perfect start to the day. Whether you’re in Istanbul for sightseeing or just soaking up the vibe, Richmond Istanbul is an excellent choice. 100% recommended! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and the view was fantastic. But the bellboy/our hotel attendant ruined our suppose to be an amazing experience to stay in a comfortable luxury room. He was being rude when he slumped the door close. He was may be expecting and disappointed, we didn’t give him a tips. We were exhausted from the flight and we didn’t think about tips at all (its our fault there) we just want to relax.

Amazing experience

The hotel is located center of the most famous street "İstiklal Caddesi". Breakfast is so good, lots of variety, everything is fresh and delicious. The reception personel is very helpful and kind. Sadly for the price I do not think it is worth it. The showers would run cold then extremely hot, the room wasn’t fully cleaned when I got there (stains on the walls and toilet) one good thing was the breakfast. Oh yeah and the walls a super thin so you can hear everything.

Very convenient location and friendly staff. I should mention Solin at breakfast food court ( my friend left her necklace on the table , next day when we walked in for breakfast Solin brought the necklace to us and said you dropped your necklace yesterday, reception desk and bell boys all very courteous and friendly and lastly the housekeeping lady was extremely nice and polite and did an amazing job to keep our room clean.

Hotel was okay, price is just for location. Breakfast buffet did not look good couldn’t eat it. The AC did not work well in our room and we sweat all night. My back hurts from the bed. Gym was nice. Workers were nice. Conviene location.
