Too warm !! Cant sleep !!
We had a lovely stay but the heat in the room was an issue. We were unable to turn heating down and we were unable to sleep due to being too warm. I also left my phone charger. I contacted house keeping but they hadnt found it. But over all i would recommend the hotel.

Poor 2.0
Stinky uncomfortable room.
Room had an off odour and was very sparse with one chair and no table or other furniture, beds were tiny and very uncomfortable, one of them actually felt like it had a hole in it, there was stains on the carpet and the bathroom was dirty and unfinished with no loo roll. We checked in late so did not have time to complain as we had meetings to attend that evening. We requested our breakfast in the room for 8:30am at 9am it hadn’t arrived I called reception to an uncaring member of staff who told me the kitchen hadn’t received my order (when I personally handed it to another staff member), and the dining room was open until 10am! Basically didn’t care and were border line rude and unfortunately this was the attitude of most of the staff we encountered. I will never stay here again and would advise all others to avoid the place. I still cannot believe places like this exists and are in business as it really is awful.

Very good 8.0
Short break with friends
Just got back from a few days stay in Glasgow. We stayed at the Hallmark Hotel. Bedrooms were nice and large with two easy chairs. Beds very comfy and I got a great nights sleep. Décor neutral and pleasing. Bathroom was fine. Nice and large and clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and staff very pleasant. The pool and sauna area was very good with a large swimming pool and hot tub, Steam room and sauna. There was very little road noise and very quiet in the night. A very reasonable price for a very nice hotel with very good facilities.
