I liked the quaintness of the property . It was very “old and classic Miami “ , it is beautifully located , with great views of the ocean and Marina near by . Very central a few minutes walk from lots of nice shops and restaurants . There was nothing to dislike .
Lovely clean hotel, friendly and attentive staff, would highly recommend. Close to some lovely restaurants and bars .
Excellent hotel and value. Would certainly stay again
This hotel is really nice although they dont tell you its ONLY valet parking which is $30 a day PLUS tax. Overall everything is really nice.
Check in was smooth, although only one person at desk. He even left and came back prior to checking us in. Seemed he was the only one working with no help. First room was old, not remodeled. Very dark with few lights. Animal feces was found in the corner of the room. Called and housekeeping came to clean it. Then was offered a room move. Restaurant was only open for breakfast certain days of the week. I’m sure this was due to COVID/occupancy, but if you’re advertising available room service then you should be able to order. Overall the hotel was just mediocre at best. No one seemed happy to be there or like they enjoyed what they were doing. I won’t be returning.
The property had great location and the rate was good. The room we had need to be remodeled. It needs to be updated. While clean it shows it's ware. Soap dish falling off the wall in the shower. Cabinets where old and showed it. Paint flaking.
Nice hotel. However, bathrooms were very old and dirty. Great location.
I love the Mutiny. I had not stayed there post Covid. The service has been greatly diminished with greatly reduced staff hours and no housekeeping. I felt they charge for everything and give very little service. Hopefully more service is restored soon.
I had booked a deluxe suite the week before decided to stay for a day this weekend and booked the same deluxe suite upon arrival I asked the front desk if the room was the same as the one I had booked prior they stated yes once I got to the room the room was smaller than the one that I had booked the previous week with the same title deluxe suite the balcony door was stuck and cannot open had to call for assistance to open it cleaning this wasn’t as clean as a previous week Call the front desk approximately 20 minutes after arrival in a room and the phone was answered by the security guard that advised me that the front Dess was closed and they could not do anything until tomorrow I advised him that I was leaving tomorrow and I was not happy with the room about to check out this morning the person at the desk advised me that was nothing they can do I told him I was not happy with the room they did not offer any type of compensation I asked for the general managers email and phone number which I will reach out toOverall I had a wonderful experience the weekend before but this one I was deceived in the actual room that was shown on the app which was the same room that I booked the weekend before
