This is my go-to place to stay when I come down from Orlando to visit my son. They almost always have vacancies and the prices are good for the quality.

Check In was good, but from there went straight downhill. I was there from Monday through Friday (4 nights). Not once was the room addressed. No trash pick up, No additional towels or pick-up. Ridiculous for $125 a night.

There was no room service. I requested clean towels and were never received. I was there last October and the only working ice machine was on the 2nd floor. The machines are still non functional. The ceiling was peeling and so was the bathtub. It’s way below Hilton standards,

The hotel is very nice for a 3 star. The room is a little outdated but the beds are super comfortable. I came into town for a family event and this hotel was the closest to the venue. I was only there for 2 days so I didn't utilize the amenities. They charge for breakfast which is not worth it. I didn't order that. Also, they charge 5.00 per night for parking. Overall for the price I paid,it was a good experience
