Mildew and Mold in my toom
I was put in a room that had mold and mildew smell, if I rate the strength of the smell between 1-10 10 being the strongest smell. I would rate the smell of the room at 10. The staff knew about this room before I stayed there. I complained and was told they were fully booked. So I called hotel. Com and sent over 20 calls and emails. So I decided to change my flight and go back home. Then at 1 am a room mysteriously came available but I had already booked to leave. And they don’t want to refund my money. My throat was hurting and I was having headaches. Thank God someone left my window open to ventilate the room and hide the strong smell. I want a full refund. They gave the nerve to keep my money for the days I wasn’t there.
