Mildew and Mold in my toom
I was put in a room that had mold and mildew smell, if I rate the strength of the smell between 1-10 10 being the strongest smell. I would rate the smell of the room at 10. The staff knew about this room before I stayed there. I complained and was told they were fully booked. So I called hotel. Com and sent over 20 calls and emails. So I decided to change my flight and go back home. Then at 1 am a room mysteriously came available but I had already booked to leave. And they don’t want to refund my money. My throat was hurting and I was having headaches. Thank God someone left my window open to ventilate the room and hide the strong smell. I want a full refund. They gave the nerve to keep my money for the days I wasn’t there.

Nice hotel but won't stay here again!!
The hotel was doing work to the tile by the elevators when we arrived so there was plastic taped to the walls as a barricade. The room had a sleeper sofa but there was no bedding in the room for the sleeper or extra pillows. I traveled with my husband and kids, the next day I had a charge on my credit card for $34.75 which I found out later was for a pet fee. We didn't have a pet with us and the housekeeping manager excuse was people sneak animals into the hotel and they can hear the animals scratching and making noises. We only slept in the hotel we were gone everyday of our stay at my family houses. It was impossible that they heard anything from our room. Housekeeping never entered our room and if we needed anything we went out to them to get it. I personally would never stay here again because Customer Service is EVERYTHING to me and when you can't even give a call or come to the room to check to see if a pet is in the room before running my card, that's a problem for me. Don't run my card without my permission PERIOD!! And the Front Desk Clerk excuse for that was because people will turn their cards off when they tell them about the charge. I don't have nothing to do with other people!

The hotel was nicely decorated and clean. When we arrived the tile on the floors near the elevator were being replaced, that’d be my only issue I had with the trip.

Enjoyable
All is well except old rusty bathtub with cracks. Microwave and refrigerator were not working well. I enjoy the kurig coffee maker in my room. I will definitely go back if needed.

Unpleasant mishap on first night stay.
Friendly and helpful check in clerks. Rooms looks nice but the first night of stay I was bitten several times causing us to get moved another room. Clerk was very attentive to my concern and offered some kind of repercussion for the inconvenience. I was appreciative of his courtesy and making sure that my stay was better the next night. Enjoyed the pool and again the staff was very professional and helpful.
