Mask needs to be worn at all times
Overall the hotel was very clean & cozy, I feel as though the staff needs to enforce the fact that the guest needs to wear mask when roaming the halls and outside of their rooms. And everything would’ve been 100% but another guest kept complaining of noise & my room kept getting called when there was no noise coming from my room at all .

I’m disappointed with my hosting. The room stinks as well as noisy. I woke up bitten by insects and I’m allergic. My face in the regions of the eyes the right side is deformed. On my check out I complained and showed armas, hands and face bitten of insects. I did not understand this situations and I feel unconformable !!!
