The staff was most accommodating for all our needs. One example was when they helped when I arrived they helped bring my luggage on cart to my room door and I have a physical disability. Any additional breakfast requests for extra coffee mugs or condiments.

There were spots on the carpet and the tile floor in the kitchen area was streaky and looked dirty... Everything else seemed clean in the room. I he bathroom and kitchen was clean and so were the towels and bedding.

The staff and management here are incredible! They were so polite, courteous and helpful. Every guest services employee should learn from them. It was well cleaned, a great location and good size for an extended stay. Adjustments for covid also very well done, from breakfast to pools to general sanitization.

Overall, a great experience. The room was clean and generally well appointed with two things lacking. It is fairly expected today that people will have devices to charge over night. Therefore, power outlets need to be easily accessible near the bed. I have stayed in mid-tier hotels that had power outlets built in to the side of the headboard and budget hotels with available outlets in the bedside lamp base. Nothing of the sort in this hotel; you have to move the side table to get to a socket. A minor inconvenience, to be sure, but one that a hotel should be ahead of. Secondly, why not actually provide USB charging sockets specifically? This approach would be even more customer-focused and convenient. I understand these things cost money, but what they really cost is planning and seeing the value to the client. The breakfast process was understandably a bit different during COVI-19 restrictions (you have to fill out a form the night before and drop it off at the front desk to order what you want, then pick it up in a bag in the lobby the next day), it worked fine. That said, the food itself (English muffin with egg and cheese) wasn't terribly appetizing. Also, no apparent effort to provide you with the next day's form to fill out for breakfast. A more proactive effort there would be nice. I'm nitpicking a bit, because the facilities and service was very good overall, and I got value for my money. I'd recommend it, for sure.
