We would come back here!
Outstanding welcome. Staff always and without exception, friendly. Good choice of well presented food at breakfast. Clean and comfortable room with a well appointed bathroom. We wished we had booked a room overlooking the river but given the heat outside ( over 37 degrees each day) we would not have had the benefit anyway !!! Great location for the major sightseeing spots.

An absolute gem.
A large traditional quality Italian hotel in a most amazing location overlooking the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. The service and overall quality of the hotel was superb. I would highly recommend to anybody.

A wonderful hotel
This is a famous hotel located very close to the Ponte Vecchio in the heart of Florence. My wife and I had a wonderful room overlooking the river and I looked forward to opening the curtains in our room every morning. We have stayed at this hotel twice before and have always loved it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I can recommend this hotel very highly.

Pleasantly surprised
13 minutes from the Florence station found this hotel very well situated although tucked away. Close to shops the river Arno, The overrated Ponte Vecchio and a few mins walk to Duomo. Facility clean and well presented, staff pleasant. Breakfast quality and selection rather poor.
