Needs some updating. Didn’t feel like it was a safe area. It was fine for one night. The price reflects the hotel. Staff was helpful.

Very clean room. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

6/10 Good

The room was clean and comfortable but you could tell that it had been recently remodeled. The WI-FI connection for laptops was aggravating. It kept going in and out, but the TV had some excellent channels and plenty to choose from. The pet areas were not well maintained and there was dog poop everywhere. My dog refused to step on the grass because there was so much poop. The laundry was recently priced, but you had to get tokens from the front desk.

Staff is super helpful. The check in/out process was smooth. The pictures online were deceptive. Super8’s are not my go to; the pictures made me think my family would feel SAFE & comfortable. They felt neither. The rooms are old. Clean but old enough to feel uncomfortable. Sadly, the area happened to have cops making arrests nearby, all 3 days we were there.

8/10 Very good

I had 2 issues when I arrived at both hotel rooms. Yeah, 2. The lock didn't work on my first room, so they moved me. That room would have probably been more quiet than the one I was moved to near the steps. The second room had only luke warm water. They fixed it right then! The staff (front desk, housekeeping, & maintenance) was great.

The room was clean. The plumbing in the shower needs work. The room did not smell good. Motel staff kindly came up and sprayed room which seemed to eliminate odor.
