This was my second time staying at the Leonardo and it did not disappoint. Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay for his birthday. The hotel is the perfect location for all different things such as the train station, Cabot Circus or the old city. Parking was great, we parked at the Gardiner Haskins car park which was a 2 or so minute walk from the hotel. And really easy to get to from the M4 without having to drive deep into the city. The staff are always so lovely. Special shout out to Cheyenne who I have had the pleasure of seeing on both on my stays and is just the absolute loveliest.

Great location 5 mins walk from Cabot Circus and the park with a walk along the river. Also about 30 seconds from a bus stop to the park and ride. They had decorated our room as I’d told them one of the party had a big birthday and left some treats which I thought was a lovely touch. Only issue we had was something had been left in the bathroom from the previous guests but they were really apologetic. We had dinner there as we arrived quite late and that was nice. Overall I’d highly recommend it.
