The beds were surprisingly comfortable, the hot water was very hot & relaxing in the shower. Not much hot water is needed either. As stated, the hot water is very hot.
As in other reviews, there's a bit of traffic noise, but it's not much of an issue. The room was very clean, well laid out, and even had Netflix ready to watch.
They could use a bit more decorating in the room, but overall is was done up with nicely local touches.
This may be a motel, but do not let that keep you from staying here. It's in extremely close proximity to anything you need or want. Bonus, the views? Oh my lord, extremely amazingly beautiful views of the red rock vista's of Sedona!! Open the blackout shade or better yet, sit on the chairs outside in front of your room, and watch the sunrise. The communication before and during the stay was excellent.
I'll definitely be staying here anytime I come to Sedona.
