Loved our room, very comfortable in every respect. Always serviced to highest standard. Lovely pool. We had beautiful weather so spent a lot of time by pool, sometimes difficult to get a lounger without having to wait. Car pretty essential. Many weddings but they don't really impinge on hotel guests. Excellent cooked breakfast, all day coffee, tea and cookies. Complimentary dinner buffet Mon - Thurs. What more could anyone want?

Overall it was a reasonable experience at an acceptable price. The Hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. What lets it down are the dining facilities, which seem to be operated for the benefit of the hotel. The staff seem clueless. There was one exception and I'm really sorry I didn't get her name. The other staff were borderline rude and lacked any motivation. The hotel was busy and the dining room (according to a notice on display) allowed for a maximum of 50 persons. A breakfast buffet was available from 6:00am until 9:30am which I thought more suited to a business client than someone on vacation. Consequently, finding a table was a problem made worse by the slowness with which the tables were cleared and cleaned. The tariff included a buffet dinner but food was not replenished and items were not available. There appeared to be a number of long-term clients who understood the secret was to arrive early and help yourself to all courses including desserts before they ran out. According to the website the hotel is "situated on eight acres with spectacular gardens and waterfalls". Possibly factually correct except that I suspect that the buildings and car park occupy around 7 1/2 acres. My definition of spectacular also seems to be somewhat different.

Staff was very friendly, and when the room I booked was not available they offered me a complimentary upgrade. My suite was spacious and comfortable. They also offered complimentary Breakfast and Dinner during the week, which I thought was a nice perk. I would highly recommend this property.

I usually don't write reviews or complains, but I am not happy on how it was handled at the front desk. My husband and I stayed for 1 night from 2/8/2022 to2/9/2022 at The Inn at FOX HOLLOW. We chose to stay at this hotel because we were attending a wake/ funeral in the vicinity. I do not know about any other room, but room 263 where we stayed was drafty and really loud with a vibration noise coming from the walls, we were trying to figure out what was causing the noise, but just could not. It was really uncomfortable throughout the night while we were trying to sleep, we kept waking up and just wish the noise would go away During checked out the next morning, I approached James at the front desk and complained to him about our experience and also told him about the draft which my husband found out that there was a big open gap between the two window panels. What really upsets me is the way James handle my complain. He told me that I should complain to Expedia, because that is where I purchased my hotel room from. My response was questioning him if purchasing from Expedia was the reason why we were placed in the worst room in the building, he told me that if I had complained during the midnight hours, they would change us to another room. Our mistake was not to ask for another room, but it was so late, I just wanted to go to sleep and get up early in the morning to leave to the wake.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. We had a terrible night sleep. Breakfast options were fine for my husband. No allergy friendly options.
