All was great , thank you for the staff
I got my room upgraded for free and the nice front desk receptionist was nice to check me in as soon as possible.

Nice place to stay in Ramat Gan.
I needed a place to stay overnight before an 8am flight out of Ben Gurion Airport. This hotel served very well. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Can't comment on the breakfast, as I left before it opened. Two small issues... 1) the parking garage is not well-marked, and 2) it is locked overnight; I didn't know that, so I had to get out of the car and return to the front desk to get it unlocked.

Convenient to central train station and airport
My friend and I arrived late on the 1st train from Nahariya after Shabbat ended and left early in the morning at Ben Gurion Airport to meet fellow volunteers serving on IDF bases. We spent little time at the hotel. The receptionist arranged for an early morning taxi for us.

    Third-rate, unprofessional, ugly hotel
This hotel wants to get away with doing as least as possible for its guests. We got a suite, and the furniture was chipping and it was really old fashioned. No value for money. The shower head and television were not working properly; the toilet didn't flush properly; it seemed like the carpets were dirty. There were hardly any amenities. Fridge made annoying noise. We would have called to get it all fixed, but you cannot rely on timely service--and there were just too many mistakes, so you figure--those are just their standards. Also, the reception was often very not available. They do not operate on professional standards. They're in the back room, or they're out. They are clearly understaffed. No high standards of customer service. The manager was supposed to call us to address our complaints after he left, he never did. Also, it seems they're a monopoly for the location, so they have no competition. Not that it's such a great location. Ramat Gan is very unsexy. Better to pay a bit more and stay in Tel Aviv. A real disappointment after being there for 10 days.

More like a hostel (Deceiving Picture)
There was a power outage in the middle of the night for at least 3 hours and there was no effort to inform us about the situation, nor did they apologize the following day. Most of the staff is not particularly welcoming but there was this one lady at the desk in graveyard shift who was really nice. The entrance does not feel like a hotel at all. The “regular” elevator was not properly working during Sabbath so had to use the one used during Sabbath. For the price, it could have been an okay stay, had the staff been more accomodating and informative. This place is only meant for sleeping.
