Deathtrap!
Death Trap!!!. Slippery floors are a minor problem compared to the lack of emergency lighting. I was horrified while taking a shower after a long day travelling when my partner left the room taking the room key from the slot (we had only been provided with 1 key) This turned all the lights off in the room and bathroom, leaving me in a hot shower in complete darkness. No emergency lighting was present I was in total black darkness. Luckily I did not slip trying to find my way out of the shower and remembered where I had left my mobile phone so I could get some light into the room. In the meantime the bathroom had flooded. I was horrified and the staff seemed to think this was correct and could not see what a risk to my life this had caused. Never mind the impact on my nerves. I will never go back. Its a shame as the place as potential but its left me with nightmares. The following morning on insisting to speak to a manager I was given an apology and she was very polite. I hope she act's on my advice before someone has a serious injury.
