This holiday home is situated on a corner in a row of 3 houses. On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with quooker. Here you can prepare a delicious meal in no time at all, which you can then eat on the spacious terrace of approximately 20m2. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a bedroom for 2 persons, a bathroom and a cozy living room with TV. On the first floor you will find a bathroom and 3 bedrooms with a double bed. One of these three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. After an active day in the mountains you can fully unwind in the wellness area with luxurious sauna with glass wall and wonderful shower. The ski storage room with ski boot heating and wardrobe can be found in the basement. Two parking spaces are located under a carport and one parking space in the basement (covered, which is nice in winter). One parking space under the carport has a communal charging point for an e-bike.
In winter there is a fantastic and snow-sure family ski area with over 40 km of slopes and modern lifts for your feet. The Funpark belongs to the absolute top of the world! Major competitions are organised here every year. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are plenty of opportunities here. Fancy tobogganing? That's also possible here!
In summer a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many nice shops and terraces. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle along the Murradweg. This is a famous cycle path along the river Mur through the region. A fantastic golf course is located 2 km from the holiday home. Furthermore, an outdoor swimming pool with a large sunbathing area is within walking distance.
In both summer and winter this region is the ideal place for the active tourist. This region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. You can still enjoy the pure Austrian friendliness and numerous traditions. In terms of nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of traditions.
