The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect situation for all amenities. I had booked a small double and the only complaint I would have was the pressure of the water and the shower head kept sliding down. I would stay again

The hotel has a cosy feel. The ceiling in dining room was lovely. Some of the staff were rude. I was very disappointed that you couldn’t get coffee after 20.45 every night or before 11.30 am.

6/10 Good

We had a room at the back of the hotel which was clean, with good quality towels and linen. Nice tea tray. Bathroom room was small but functional. It was very noisy late at night with bins being moved and again early in the morning with glass bins being emptied and noise from delivery lorries. Everywhere felt dated and could benefit from a makeover

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff, unfortunately the room was approx 40 degrees and even with the two fans provided, sleep was minimal. I am sure the issue will get sorted soon Other than that the place is amazing

6/10 Good

The hotel is really well-placed and the lobby was lovely. The best bit was the restaurant/bar at the back, really nice place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening! The only downside was that the room felt a little dated and it was very hot. I'd definitely recommend for a night or two!
