Staff was helpful and accommodating to our extra needs. The Ice machine on out floor, the 3rd floor was broken. A pane of glass in our room had a small break in it. It didn't effect our stay, however, made me wonder about maintenance in general. Our room was clean with a nice tub. A second sink mirror outside the tub/toilet room was an extra luxury.

I would not recommend a stay at this hotel. The areas I was in reeked of smoke. I asked to be moved to another room and the staff were helpful in accommodating me. It’s old, run down and the rooms are not clean. Carpet was stained and in some areas taped. Buttons didn’t work on the elevator. Struggled to get water at a comfortable temp to take a shower. Access to an entry from the parking lot didn’t work. I could go on and on. Your money is best spent elsewhere if you want a safe and comfortable hotel experience.

The rooms are in need of renovation. Ours didn’t smell too good and I had to wash my feet before we left, the floors were so filthy that walking around the room for a few mins barefoot left my feet black. The lift is also super noisy, so if you have a room near it, it’ll likely keep you up. It’s sad really, the guy behind the desk was really friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very dated and in desperate need of some TLC. It’s in a good location close to downtown, with plenty of amenities

Clean rooms, soft comfy beds and a balcony to watch drunk young people wreck E-bikes in downtown Boise, twice now. That's a funny laugh. I've stayed here for 4 or 5 years, will come again next year. Get to your room early, later night parking is further.

I don't recall if A/C was advertised or not, but there was none functional in our room, and in 100+ degree weather in July that was a bit on the uncomfortable side. Otherwise, the room and site were functional, albeit a bit older, and the age shows. For a place to stay, it works, the room, bedding, and bathroom were all clean and gave us no issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the general facilities were all working otherwise.

It looks like it’s in the middle of a renovation. The outside is pretty rough looking, it’s not in a great neighborhood… but then you go into the lobby, and it’s nice… but then you go to the hallway to the rooms and it’s scary with duct tape holding the carpet together… and then you go into the room, and it’s nice. So it’s nice in the spots that matter the most. The staff was super friendly, and everyone who we talked to who was also staying there were nice.
