during a heat wave
It was during a record breaking terrible heat wave and it was a pleasure coming back to the hotel. NOTE... the hotel has good air-conditioning "almost" everywhere... However, noticeable, the hallways where the rooms are, are not... curious... NOW, it works everywhere else very well. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before and I mus say... I will go back.

Good breakfast, infrastructure needs updating
Stayed four nights. Have stayed in many hotels in Rosario, but probably won't stay at the Riviera again, only because of the occasional lack of hot water in the shower. This is kind of a basic need of any hotel. However, the breakfast is one of the best I've had throughout Argentina!

Todo muy bien salvó que al salir de la habitación un olor a cigarrillo insoportable. Una sorpresa muy poco grata. Pensé que ya estaba erradicado el cigarrillo de la habitaciones de los hoteles.
