What a letdown
I can only assume this place was once a nice hotel and it is now trying to glide by on that reputation.
Our rooms were not available until more than 30 minutes past the check-in time. They refused to store our luggage for us in a secure location, so we had to sit in the lobby and wait for our rooms. We tried waiting in the bar, but they only had 2 employees covering the bar and dining area, so no one was there to assist us.
Once we did get our rooms, the toilet in one room did not work. They said they would fix it while we went out to dinner. When we got back they said they did their best but it still wasn't working great.
We asked the front desk to schedule a taxi to take us to the airport the following morning. I explained that there were 4 of us with luggage, so we would need a large vehicle. The next morning, I verified that the taxi was still scheduled and they confirmed it was but that they had not ordered a large enough vehicle for the 4 of us with luggage. Thankfully we asked her to get an appropriately vehicle, which did arrive in time, or half of us would have struggled to make our flight.
Throughout each of these issues, the staff was unhelpful and acted uninterested in addressing or correcting these problems.
