Excellent stay
This is the second stay at this hotel and it doesnt disappoint! A short walk to Old Town square. Resturant choice around the hotel are great. The hotel itself is lovely. Clean, with some lovely comforts added to the rooms. Breakfast was beautiful with a variety of choices. Service received was great. Hotel staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend

Wonderful experience with Hotel Josef in Prague. One of the best! Not only the great location, clean modern room but also the super helpful staffs. Very easy communication with every staff there. First they helped me arrange hotel shuttle car to pickup us from airport. The driver was super nice. That started our happy trip in Prague.When we arrived, Mohamed , the nice gentleman shows on the hotel picture, gave us very detail instructions including how to go around the city, good restaurant etc. His hospitalization made us feel very Comfortable and erased all the tiredness from long trip.Expecially Mohamed told us all the beverages in the refrigerator were free and the hotel refilled every day!We began to love Prague right way. We asked Mohamed to provide extra comforters/blankets, the housekeeper sent to our room within a few minutes! And we can feel that she is very happy to do the extra work. Next few days Mohamed was off work, but we found out his colleagues are very nice too. I reported very little problem to Mira and Sam, they sent some one to fix rightway ! First we only booked 2 nights, since we felt so comfortable at Hotel Josef, we added additional two nights.Mr Gong chin Wu kindly helped us to switch to a better room, when I asked him how to buy train tickets to Vienna,he was kind enough to help us purchase train tickets and print out tickets for us. We are so appreciate for that. Strongly recommend this hotel . Prague is a wonderful city with nice people!

Perfect Stay
Reception team stored our bags as we arrived too early to check in. When we returned to check in, we received a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely, especially as it was my birthday whilst we were away! All the reception team were nice and helpful whenever we had questions, breakfast was great (if a little pricey) and the bar offered a variety of drinks. We would defy stay here again when we visit Prague in the future.
