Good 6.0
poor stay
Photos online did not convey the hotel. Front desk service was not very helpful. The floorboards above our ceiling were very squeaky and loud. Worst night sleep in a long time do to train station noise.

Good 6.0
Great location and staff but otherwise mediocre
Excellent staff and location was fantastic . However, walls were extremely thin and noise between rooms was quite high and they were tired, the shower was a dribble. Breakfast for the cost was very expensive and very chaotic. I also thought the parking was misleading, theres 10 spaces, 2 taken by staff so most guests will be in the multi story.

Poor 2.0
2 night nightmare
Place is dirty decor needs complete upgrade room window next to a lane that was next to taxi rank and delivery coming in at all times and staff going out for cigarette breaks worst break ive ever had not worth £80 per night would never go back or recommended

Great Place
The deal was amazing, the hotel was great and the staff were very attentive. The only issue (Which is not their fault) was the work men on the Train station roof right outside my window. Ummm!

Charming & convenient hotel, friendly staff
Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Friendly staff, warm reception, lovely big dog friendly room for very good price. Definitely errs on charming rather than dated and had a beautiful art collection on display.

A lovely place to stay - will definitely return !
A lovely welcoming hotel with charm and sophistication. Extremely well placed in the centre of Inverness. Staff were very friendly, the room was warm and clean, the reception / lounge bar area was very comfortable. The staircase was so grand it called out for a photo opportunity for myself and my friends. Would whole heartedly recommend staying here.

Very good 8.0
Good value for money
Very nice hotel, we booked small room which unfortunately didn't have any drawers for storage and the window was painted closed. Clean and warm room.

Excellent hotel for the railway station

Charming and central
Very central hotel, full of character. Was upgraded because my room wasn’t ready/available. The room was a spacious corner room with lovely old triple windows. Sadly, one of them was stuck open creating a serious draught but worse...an extremely noisy Saturday night in the town centre. 4.00am before the street quietened sufficiently to allow sleep! Service in the bar was awful....on ordering a mid afternoon drink I was told the barman was very busy!? I waited for my drink for 15 minutes then left. Such a pity that the service and comfort doesn’t match the character and charm.
