Fantastic with zero faults.
The stay was amazing, the great views, the bar and restaurant and the location. I want to say how amazing all the staff are and accommodating. One member of staff made our stay special so thank you to her, she’s the one who brought the champagne out to the pool and made the birthday celebration memorable.

The view from the rooftop bar and restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. The location is not convenient for travel to Amalfi and other places. The room had issues. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The window shutter was broken so we were awaken by the sun early. Towels were thin and old. A spare blanket was smelly

Very old and need to be remodeled, the guy at the front desk was not very friendly, he gave me a partial sea view room even though reminded him that I paid for full view sea view , there are tow huge building in front of this hotel to block the view and they still advertise it as full sea view, the view was the only reason I booked that hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the personal touch, with a great room and view. Reception were very helpful throughout the entire stay. I would go back. The hotel has a abut remote, so transport or taxis required, but a lovely hotel.

I still rated excellent, but i was put in roo. 119 near the service lockers and i .aybe the kitchen.. it was like my room was right there with their conversation. Wasnt too happy about that sine i needed to sleep. Overall, everything else great! Excellent staff and hotel.
