Expected nothing less from NH
Great hotel! Every NH hotel we have stayed at has been great - consistent customer service and room quality. Great location, although since the tram line is pretty close by we could hear and almost feel when it passed by - luckily we are heavy sleepers. Fab service, reception staff were accommodating and welcoming.

+ Great location + One of the cheapest in the area + Good, powerful shower and amenities + Excellent restaurant on the side street of the hotel - We had two rooms. Both had a strange odour. Rooms seemed like they were smoking rooms - Reception staff not very welcoming on check in - Building is quite run down in places (room curtains and hotel stairwell) Cheap hotel but not sure we'd stay there again.

This hotel is smart and clean, in an excellent location. This room was comfortable and had all necessary ammenities. The only drawback was that our room is at the front of the hotel and the tram runs right passed the hotel and rumbles like an earth tremmor, starting very early and finishes very late in the evening. There was also a lot of noise from people talking in the stree very late in the evening (the double glazing did little to prevent this) so had a very disturbed sleep for the first 2 nights of my visit. The staff however were very ammenable when I reqduested a change of room for the last night, located at the back of the hotel. It was smaller - but much quieter!!

Why are NH hotels soooo hot. And the aircon does nothing. Seems whenever I stay in an NH it is the same. The hotels are very nice the staff great the food very tasty and a good choice, wifi works very well and the bed is comfy. But the room always hot!!

The room was a bit for a 4 star hotel. No bar. NO restaurant. Small fitness room. Just 3 machines. Breakfast cost 20 euros and there wasn't much. But overall the area although noisy but good location. Not bad overall for a short time break

Small room, staff is friendly but cannot provide receipt (as I booked through expedia!). Varieties of food in breakfast are limited. Hotel location is excellent. Good price.

Weekend break in Brussels
An ideally placed hotel for seeing the centre of Brussels and walks around. Stayed for one night as a weekend break the room was ready the staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely stay there again. Breakfast had local specialities which is great to be able to try foods from the region.
