The service was appalling!
I brought my own cereal with me, and just ordered cold milk to go with it, plus a bowl. The first day they brought a cup of HOT milk and a large cardboard cup!
The 2nd day I emphasised COLD milk, so they brought a cup of luke-warm milk containing lots of ice!
The 3rd day I ordered "just cold milk without ice" so they brought me HALF a cup of luke-warm milk and a separate cup of ice.
They refused my order of a beer because I was in quarantine! When I asked why, the only reason was "It's policy."
There was no replacement of ANYTHING, or even rubbish removal, for the whole 5 days!
The TV remote didn't work initially as it had no batteries.
Once they added the batteries, most of the channels either weren't connected or had no audio!
Most of the menu items had been masked as "unavailable", and even many of the few remaining items were actually also unavailable!
Several times they told me they would call me back with the answer to a query - but didn't!
In all, they managed to turn an already challenging experience into an absolutely intolerable one!
