This fully air-conditioned luxurious villa offers a spacious living room with comfortable seating area and a Tv. The fully equipped kitchen is foreseen of all comfort. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower & sink. The bedrooms open up to the garden with pool. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom with kingsize bed and Tv features a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower & double sink. The total rate only excludes 11% tourist tax/ environmental levy, which has to be paid in cash upon arrival in Us$. Rates are for the whole villa and include utilities (up to Us$50 per night) and final cleaning. Children up to 2 years stay free of charge, baby cribs available upon request.
