Location was fine pretty scenery halls very noisy doors slamming a lot. Only one elevator working the entire 2 weeks I was there. The other elevator smelled liked someone puked in it about 7 days into my stay and the smell never got better
We pay for Premium level and there is nothing like that. We paid a lot for Premium and they promise us: -Sea view room -Mini Bar -Specialties restaurant reservation - A la cart premium restaurant All that was not true. We change room twice and we never had a sea vie room, only standard room. The servivar includes some beers, pops and a chips, that's not a mini bar, ver bad. We had tw day speciality reservation, but later they say they were full. For that we pay Premium? That;s not premium, we are very dissapointe and we regret we accept to pay for all that. We do not recommend this hotel at all.
Excellent amenities and great customer service! Food was delicious and show was amazing!
Clean and good service, good food, good time. Nice location.
Friendly staff, great food and safe surroundings.
Everything was fine staff was friendly beach and pool nice
This property was very clean, beautiful landscape. The food was quite good. We were at this resort for 14 days but were allowed only 6 a la carte visits, and you needed to reserve these meals at the beginning of your stay, as they filled up fast. This was disappointing as we were accustomed to one a la carte per day at others resorts we have stayed at. The room furniture was tired and the lighting was very poor in our room. Our toilet plugged 3 times, and had sewer odor in our room most every day. It seemed the air conditioning fan was blowing the foul smell into the room, as the bathroom never smelled of sewer. The language barrier seemed to be a bit of an issue with hotel staff. Our friends lost power to their bathroom 3 days. This hotel advertises, snorkel gear, boogie boards, hobie crafts, and kayaking use. The first day of our stay there were only 3 snorkel masks, only one adult mask available for remainder of stay. Would recommend to bring your own mask and snorkel for future visits to this resort. The games room required tokens to play arcade, basketball, bowling games which seems wrong. You pay for all inclusive but the parents are on the hook to hand out cash for this. This hotel seems to nickel and dime the guest for everything extra. The hotel claims to provide room service, but if you read fine print, any food ordered in room service is an addtnl charge, not included in all-incl. We were sick for 2 days and were not allowed to take food from buffet to room
About half of the restaurants were closed, and we couldn't get a reservation in any of the open ones.
Excursion desk employee was great, rooms nicely appointed, beautiful marble finishing. VERY disappointed in the food
Our room view was beautiful. But had a few issues with roaches and the toilet leaking for three days and no one repairing until after the 3rd request. The food was terrible! We opted to eat outside the hotel after our second day even though it’s all inclusive and we paid the premium level which includes their “premium” restaurants for dinner.
