Very comfortable hotel
This was a last minute booking and we were very agreeably surprised. Check in was quick with very friendly staff. The room was spacious with a fridge and microwave and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and was a hot and cold buffet. I would stay again.

Fantastic staff, great hotel
Great hotel, good facilities, heated pool, good hot/cold breakfast. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff, from the receptionist who helped us send a fax and the maintenance guy who showed the kids magic tricks, everyone took pride in the hotel and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing, convenient, comfortable, clean! We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the amenities including the warm gorgeous, well maintained pool, laundry on site, restaurant. Location was great as well close to a lot of other restaurants and shops. The room was exceptionally clean and we loved the convenience of going to our car from our patio especially for hikes and packing and unpacking. Will go back for sure! Thanks so much for hosting us in such a great way!

An overcrowded weekend getaway
It was spring break, we discovered, and the hotel was packed with guests and outside/inside trash containers were difficult to keep from overflowing. The pool was a popular place with very few tables and chairs and limited umbrellas (2) for those of us who burn easily. Young families had little kids running up and down the hallway early in one morning. The room was clean and comfortable but the advertised bagged breakfast was a disappointment. Other hotels are offering hot breakfasts by now as long as you hold the plate and they place items you choose onto them. We have liked this hotel in the past and hope for a restful and relaxed stay in the future with a good hot breakfast to begin our day.

The staff is friendly, the pool side room was convenient. But our stay was spoiled by the inability to get any sort of cleaning service. We ran out of towels, toilet paper, swim towels, and had full garbage cans all weekend. We called the front desk multiple times, only to be told someone was coming. I had to go buy my own toilet paper for the hotel stay. I know staff was overwhelmed, but that’s not acceptable. The front desk said they were booked solid all month long. Which means they had plenty of time to prepare. The hallways were lined with garbage and people with the same problems.

Extremely friendly staff ; the only issue is that the walls must be made of paper since we could hear noise from not one but 2 adjacent rooms. Overall, very quiet area and nice staff. The one neighbor was obviously fighting with each other and the next adjacent room was probably a very nice family but kids need room/space and an area away from other guests since the their noise is just kids stuff. It is better to have a quiet sleeping area but other than this....very nioce.
