We stayed in Toulouse for 7 nights, and our family of four had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location was very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Our room had air conditioning, which made a huge difference during the hot summer weather in France. We were initially worried about the heat, but we stayed cool and comfortable throughout our trip. The cold drinking water dispenser in the lobby was also a great convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

Ideal for a stay of up to a week, this hotel does what it says on the tin. Decent rooms cleaned every day. A cold breakfast buffet with enough variety to keep you interested. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Toulouse and all the cafés, bars and restaurants. I understand there is underground parking, and public transport is very close. Also a cheap Uber or Bolt run to the airport if required. Recommended.

This Ibis Hotel is just a quick 5 minute walk from the local subway stop on line B or 2 quick stops on bus Line 1 from outside the station exit to the Hotel front door. The staff all speak very good English and are very helpful. A very basic Breakfast is served in the Morning but it is very filling with many bread and cakes along with 2 coffee and 2 Orange machines to start your day off without looking for a local cafe. A nice small room with A/C and toilet/shower with hot and cold water. The room only has 3 lights in the room so it is a little dark at night.

An ordinary Ibis with nice room and lobby interiors but outdated bathroom. All clean however, which is a very big advantage generally in France. The breakfast was a disaster, bad food quality and limited availability and variety. Parking is scaring and very very tight... I don't think I'd return because of this two things.

The light at the room could be different so the room has more light at all. Parking was convenient but you need a code before you can enter - I had to check in to obtain the code but I went to the check in desk after the ring did not work. Breakfast was good. Oat milk was available. During the rush time it took some time to get some butter and cutlery. Elsewise the staff was helpful and nice all the time. We went with a dog who didn’t feel to well the first hours and was loud. But it was good the room was a little far from the other rooms…

I stayed at ibis Styles Toulouse Centre Canal du Midi for 4 nights in early May 2026 as a solo traveler. The experience was terrific! I was greeted promptly and with respect. French is not my first nor second language (English native, Romanian B2, French A1); however, the host was very pleasant and went above and beyond to not only quickly check me in, but make sure I knew where everything is. The location is also terrific for solo travelers. You have direct access to A61 which is the main highway around Toulouse; in addition, you have a Carrefour City right across the street. You also have direct access to the lovely center of Toulouse by foot. For those who prefer to rent a car: please note that at the time of my visit, car rentals are 15 euro per night. The parking is underground and can be accessed via rue Jean Goujon, which is a one way street. The underground parking requires a numerical code which is provided after payment. The parking is shared with other locations in the area, but the hotels parking spots are located on floors -1 and -2 and comes out to be about 40 spots; which is more than enough. For myself, this was the perfect hotel; I had no issues with noise. One thing to be aware of, there isn't a mini fridge. This was fine for myself; however, others may want to know that in advance. Breakfast is served every morning and there are some really awesome graffiti style works of art around the hotel. Recycling is located near the elevators.

The rooms were in bad condition. A lamp and power outlet were defect and the rooms were extremely dark. The wallpapers had many spots and dirt and especially the bathroom need a renovation and deep clean. The bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling.
