A beautiful hotel & a perfect 2 night stay in a lovely room. Great Reception & Bar Staff. We stayed as attending 2 Kent CCC matches just further along the New Dover Road. Free parking throughout the stay which was ideal, easy walk to both the City itself & the cricket. Would totally recommend this hotel & look forward to staying again next summer. A credit to the Best Western "portfolio" !

We were very lucky to have a beautiful room with separate lounge and large bathroom with separate bath and shower. These were newly decorated. Some areas of the hotel have yet to be redecorated and there is no restaurant. There is a bar but no one seems to be in charge although everyone was friendly. Very much in the process of becoming a good hotel. Free parking. Quite.

The hotel and its decor is looking a bit tired, and expensive for what it is. The food in the Restaurant is good, but not very good value for money. The floorboards in the neighbouring bedroom squeaked, and our bedroom door rattled if you had the window open. The staff were very good. The breakfast was good, but I think the orange juice was watered down or was squash!
