Poor quality
Very poor value for money. The family room for 3 of us was tiny and the 3rd bed was no more than a poor quality camp bed. This actually had a hole in the supports so creating a big hole that the mattress sunk into. The hotel did change this for our second night but at over £400 per night they should have better checks in place. Hotel tries hard to be trendy but results in lacking some of the basics. There are no shelves or cupboards to put anything in and so clothes have nowhere to go except on the floor.

The hotel was in a convenient location for where we needed to be at a conference. The music in the lobby is extremely loud. It is difficult to have conversations in that area.

Trendy above comfort
Aesthetically very modern. Bedding and towels first class. Nowhere to hang anything - towels had to be left on floor. No need for laundering them every day! Random, pointless hooks on 'trellis' arrangement in room. Design over function. Rooms very dark and gloomy. No safe, no fridge (I need to store medication). Definitely trendy for trendy sake. Hotel full of hyperactive school parties playing in the lifts.

Nice hotel but very disappointing room service Room serviced very late one day and not at all the next! Used towels and rubbish from room left outside door all night! Box of tissues empty for duration of stay Inadequate supply of toilet tissue,in fact ran out on one occasion When room was not serviced,we complained to front desk where then I was handed towels and toilet tissue which I had to bring back to the room myself! Very much a self service hotel,not what I would expect from a Marriott hotel!
