No compassion
I came for and emergency with my grandson.. i had only the clothes in my back it was 140 am and i went to check in and they said no because i had to wait until 6 am i was exhausted worried and crying and i had to sit outside and slept on a chair until 6 am got multiple bug bites half the lights in my room didnt work the room was humid and would bot get under 75 yhe halls were hot as heck no ac and it was 98 degress i needed a charger or charging station they had none i had to walk 2 miles to a store to get one the noise and the staff were so loud and rude im in shock.. never ever ever have i been so deeply disappointed in a hotel and the service

Great hotel
Great staff and prompt shuttle service. Room was clean and decent size. Would not recommend planning on using the sofa couch. You can easily feel the springs through the mattress. We ended up sharing our king bed with our 12-year-old.

Not very happy
I had to call 6 or 7 times to finally have someone answer the phone (I was at DIA looking for the shuttle). There was only one person working so the line was very long. Someone finally got their for their shift and things moved along. Then at least 3 different groups, including mine, had keys that wouldn't work. I had to go back twice and she let me in. I had asked for a 1st floor room and first got a 5th floor room, which she nicely changed. The shuttle driver was helpful. You have no wheelchairs, we needed on though my client forgot to ask for one so that didn't help. The last straw for me was the shuttle dropping us off at DIA at the departure gate. Again, my client is handicap and had ALOT of trouble getting up to the check-in. I do understand that you contract that out but it reflects poorly on you. I will say the breakfast was good and the room and lobby clean.
