Everything about the hotel is nice. It’s clean the staff is nice and helpful. There were a couple small things that made it not so nice. The wood floor in the room was not glued down. The breakfast was good but the coffee was subpar.

Slow Front Desk
Every time I stay at this location, the check-in process seems to be a hassle. They usually have three employees standing there but only one knows what they are doing. My family reserved two rooms but they put us on different floors. Check-out took at least 15 minutes because two employees kept looking at the same piece of paper over and over again for ten minutes. Other than that, everyone is friendly. The location is great. The restaurant is nice. The traffic noise is loud but a busy street is nearby.
