Great location & value
I stayed here for a few weeks overall as I was in the process of moving to the area and stayed at a few different hotels in the area while looking for an apt. Everyone that works there is really kind, the rooms are nice and clean, love that all the rooms have jetted soaker tubs as I love to relax in a bath when traveling. My only complaints was that I had booked so many nights that when I finally found an apt, they didn't allow me to cancel a day or two early without penalty which I just felt due to my long stays and everything was a bit inconsiderate but also their policy so have to respect that at that same time and then its pretty loud, not sure if the walls are thin or the noise is just that loud but feel like you can hear everything and since it was more of a live in situation for me vs vacation that would be a bit annoying, but overall even with the noise, for the value as well as the location, I think its one of the best options if not the best as I stayed at a handful of places during a month time frame and kept trying to re-book here when they had more vacancy.

Lacking…
Hotel information states that parking on property is available. In reality, there are about 4 parking spots in front of the building, but no additional on-site property. The guest has to either pay for off-site parking or get lucky and find a spot on the street, and pray that no damage is done to their vehicle. Also, I had no hot water in my room.

Room with a prison cell feel...
We got the last room available after a late night flight cancelation. I can't say i understand the rave reviews about this place. After seeing the reviews and photos, we were immediately disappointed on arrival. It was like a prison cell. I cant think of any other way to describe it. We were not greeted by a friendly reception desk. More like the warden buzzing in the inmates. No friendly greeting, just presented with a list of rules and procedures. The limited hours for pool, limited hours for the rooftop, no guests, how to retrieve your brown bag of snacks in the morning. The room was tiny, all gray, all tile, no real windows, no stocked fridge, and one cafeteria style chair. You could hear the banging of the pipes all day and night. You could hear adjacent room toilets and the buzzing in of other guests thru the night. The laundry room was not actually available to guests as described. The room was dated, bare, and beat up, but clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The pool looked clean as well. Longer hours at the common areas would be nicer considering how little time youd want to spend in the cold, dreary cell of a room. Maybe other rooms are better, but avoid the lower end rooms at this place if youre looking for more of a vacation feel. If you need a clean place to crash for a night, then this hotel is acceptable.

Staff were great and accommodating! However, unable to check into room early at all no matter if room is ready or not. There is a shower on the third floor that i was very appreciative of using once we checked out before our evening flight after a hot day at the beach. The warm water in our room and that extra shower did not work well though. So be prepared for cold showers!
