Beautiful room, friendly staff, great location in the heart of SB. Near Stearn’s Wharf, nice restaurants and is only 2 blocks from Amtrak train station. The room was large, clean, comfy, appointed with extra nice toiletries, plush towels and a superbly comfortable bed. Nice balcony and pool area. This hotel is a gem!!!

Location is awesome. Rooms was clean and spacious. Only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is because the bed was so firm and it made sleeping very uncomfortable for us. It needed a mattress topper IMO. Beds are a preference so I don’t blame the Hotel for that, just wanting to warn you…beds are HARD. Everything else makes for a good stay.
