Heritage house was a close walk to ferries and shops. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub . I did feel that the lighting in the rooms were not bright enough and bathroom sink/vanity was small, but there is a cubby below for some storage. Overall it was a great value for the price and I would stay there again.

Before check-in we received a call to check in at Comfort Inn front desk since it’s the same owners which was not a problem at all, the check in staff was polite and very nice. She checked us in and gave us our room key when we get to the Heritage Inn the room we were checked into was not clean, went back to Comfort Inn and advised front desk staff of this and she then booked us another room, went back to heritage inn and that room too was not clean. Returned to Confort Inn and advised the front desk staff of the room not being clean and she then booked us in a room at the comfort inn where we stayed the night. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The room did not have a light upon entering the room. The light switch didn’t work or there was no light at the entrance of the room like most rooms have. Everything was clean. The Inn is walking distance from restaurants and stores to shop. It was a nice stroll. The Books & Roses coffee shop so cute & really good coffee and natural juices… I don’t think I will book with them again though. We traveled and I was tired and all the back and forth until we actually hit into a clean room was just a bit much. The free breakfast was good enough. I rate the Comfort Inn 4/5, The Heritage in 2/5 and the entire experience 1/5…

Amazing 3 nights. Had an emergency and had to find a room fory daughter's and I and they had 1 room left. From beginning to ends check in and check out the stay was amazing. Clean room, comfy bed. My girls loved it. Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast but the area has so many shops, restaurants and things to do on Main Street. Definitely will come back.

Great location for walking to shopping or taking the ferry. We stayed in the newly renovated building and it was very clean and comfortable. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator, which is tough if you have a lot of luggage. Door handle needed to be pulled up and then down to open the door. We only discovered this after walking back to office and having clerk come back to demonstrate and acted like we should have known. This is a motel, you hear everything from every room. If you want a good location and clean basic space at a good price, this is the place. Don’t expect luxury.

We had a great stay. Housekeeping was top notch. Check-in was smooth and we were offered some great places for dinner amd local ice cream shops to visit. Definitely check out Spankys seafood. Breakfast was very good w/eggs, sausage, diced potatoes, etc. We will definitely use them again as the location is very close to the harbor, downtown shops, and bus/train stations.

We cannot speak highly enough about Heritage Inn Hotel in Hyannis. Do not read negative reviews as they do not reflect this hotel. The hotel is newly and tastefully renovated. The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean and bed was so comfortable. The front desk staff from Kyle, Charlotte and Carla who were always eager to assist. Another huge bonus, is the location and proximity to Main street with countless restaurants and shops to visit. We shall definitely return!

Location was on a side street that wasn’t well lit at night. Can walk to ferry. Walk to beach was far but there is a shuttle. Breakfast was ok. Hotel looked to be under construction in certain areas. Hallways were not welcoming. Need some decor and better paint job. Air conditioning was fine but smelled.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, large, and newly remodeled. Breakfast was plentiful but had to go Nextdoor to the comfort inn and there was a tour bus staying there so crowded during breakfast. Coffee both days was a little weak! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
