I recommend this hotel.
I arrived in Aberdeen on the overnight ferry from Shetland at around 08.00. I went in to the hotel to arrange to leave my luggage there until later, while i spent the day in the City. Taylor was at reception and was extremely helpful and event suggested that I had a coffee in the restaurant before departing. The room was very comfortable; I had a quiet relaxing nights sleep; the shower was excellent and a very nourishing breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay.

Value for money
The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was spotless and very well appointed but the bathroom floor was looking a wee bit tired and shabby. Our room was cold and I could not get the heater to turn on but as it was late I gave up and went to bed. I raised this at reception when I was checking out and received full apologies and was advised the room heater could be tricky but they would have been happy to help if I had let them know at the time . I did explain this is perfectly acceptable and I was not complaining only providing feedback so they could check before they put future guests in. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful lovely bright and clean restaurant area with again friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Our stay was definitely value for money and I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending it as a great place to stay
