Lovely Stay at an Adorable Hotel
I absolutely adored this hotel. Each staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. Brandon, one of the valet, was extra welcoming and kind. The building/courtyard/rooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable. I dined at Carrie's Conservatory and the food and wine was divine. Highly recommend, and will certainly return!

Hamilton Staycation
The hotel was cool. Country farmhouse modern with Georgia art / vibe. Bed was not very comfortable, had a strange noise when everything was quiet in the room. I believe it came from the plumbing. It did not come with robes as specified. No room service, and only can valet park.

The hotel website indicated self parking only however it was valet only and cost $35 per night. The front desk had two rude ladies- I booked a king room for our anniversary and got to the room and it was two queen beds- I returned to the front desk and they blamed Expedia and said when you book through a third party you get whatever is available. I asked why they didn't me at check in and they said it wasn't their job. I asked for the manager and one of the ladies said she was the manager however the sign showed a male manager. We wouldn't return to this hotel as rude workers aren't worth it when we are looking for a nice night out and no stress.

Christmas in Alpharetta.
The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. William was a pleasure to deal with. The maid service did not clean our room on Saturday, and that was very disappointing. There is little closet space for hang up, and that was also disappointing. Charging $35.00 a night for valet parking is pricey. However, the free parking garage is an easy walk, so parking was not an issue with us. I viewed the suite, and it requires a serious upgrade. To describe it as spartan is an understatement. All in all, I give the Hamilton an eight out of ten.
