Great property, close to dining and great views. They just needed to fix the exterior lights so we didn’t have to use our flashlights in the hallway and stairs. Sound proofing between units isn’t great either.

Spacious apartment with beautiful views from the balcony. 10-15 minute walk to port & old town. Safe & quiet. Nice pool & parking available for a fee. Unfortunately, no breakfast available, but apartment is fully equipped to cook if you desire.

Wonderful Stay

Absolutely lovely apartment with best view ever of see, harbour, sandstone castle and sunset. Apartment was cleaned daily and all staff were lovely. Definitely will return as it exceeded our expectations.

Loved the location

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. At first we booked room with a city view but once we arrived were delighted we were able to upgrade to a sea facing room. It was convenient to walk to the city centre, bus services and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Enjoyed eating on the balcony.

Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and made a fuss of the kids. The only minor point was that the pool was very cold. This was quite refreshing on a hot day, but my youngest wasn't able to stay in very long before she was shivering. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family stay

We had an amazing time here! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (reception giving great info about the area, booking taxis, great bar staff at the pool, friendly cleaning staff). The room was clean and very spacious (2 bed standard apartment( and had a lovely balcony). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and sunloungers were great, with a lovely view over the Sant Nichlau turret. The bar area was a lovely pkace to sit abd have a drink before heading into Ciutadella in the evening. It was only a 10 minute walk into the city centre, or you could walk along the promenade down into the harbour area. The perfect mix of city break and relaxing by the pool.

Great hotel

Excellent family of four stay. Staff are friendly. Sea view room was excellent - large enough , two bathrooms Inc. 2 toilets and 2 showers. Aircon great, only maybe 10-12 min walk along harbour into the beautiful harbour town where there is loads of shops ice cream parlours bars and restaurants. Small point was I think it could have been a little cleaner ( floor whilst tiled needs a deeper clean) and the beds are a tad hard. Minor points and would def stay there again. Checkout at 12:00 was nice plus can pay 10euro per hour to check out later. Small Pool bar. Free parking on road plentiful. Views superb.

Basic dark studio close to train station

Small studio close to train station. Was clean and basic. Dark and stuffy since it’s a basement unit. A few things were inconvenient - the key pickup is 3 blocks away which can be annoying when lugging suitcases. The bathroom had no working hooks to place towels or room to put toiletries.

Fabulous location, great apartment

A fabulous location overlooking the sea and a 15 minute walk into the centre of Ciutadella. The apartment itself was huge, with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area with loads of useful equipment for comfort and convenience. The apartment had a large balcony and a separate, private rooftop terrace with a sea view. The apartment building had two pools and is generally quiet so sunbeds were always available. Would return in a heartbeat. Secure underground parking is available for 10 euros per day, however this was not required as there is ample, free on-street parking available. Very clean, daily maid service. All round top notch.

Pleasant comfortable stay.

We chose this as our 4 night stay while in Ciutadella. The location worked well for us as we like a stroll in the evening to grab food and drinks. You can walk along the harbour which brings you to the start of the dining options along the waters edge .Although we don’t use the kitchen it seemed quite well equipped. It did have a coffee machine which is a lovely addition. We did ask to change our room as we were given a ground floor apartment but do prefer a higher floor. This wasn’t possible as it was busy. It is a very well maintained building and is kept very clean. There is also the bonus of a child free pool if you wish to use it.

Great aparthotel with lovely staff

We had opted to pay the extra for a sea view and were glad that we did as we had sun from mid morning onwards and had a lovely view, which not every apartment has. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean. The only criticism I have was the base of the walk in shower was very slippery, causing me to fall on one occasion, which I rectified by standing on the shower mat every time afterwards and that the shower curtain didn't do a very good job of keeping the water off the bathroom floor. The pools are lovely, if a little on the small side for peak season, and its was lovely to cool off after a morning sightseeing. The location of the aparthotel is great, a lovely 10-15 minute walk along the harbour or a straight walk into the centre. There's a lovely little bakery and supermarket nearby with friendly, helpful staff. The best thing of all about the complex is the staff. Every-one we met were so helpful, cheerful and friendly that made staying there a pleasure. Citadella is a lovely place to visit and a good base to visit a few of the lovely beaches nearby

Vaste balcon sur le côté, avec vue agréable directe sur la petite piscine (pas la grande) et petit bout de mer, grandes baies vitrées, Appartement moderne très spacieux, très propre et confortable, bien équipé, vaisselle limitée, pas de LV, super literie, personnel sympathique disponible et réactif, notre hôtesse d'accueil parlait français. Les chaises sont un peu bruyantes sur les sols. Très bonne prestation générale.
