Hotel is in a great location overlooking the harbour and close to most of the main attractions in Boston. Rooms are also very spacious.

Great location and excellent views of the harbour. Reasons I wouldn’t give a 10 are: the pool is tiny and more a spa bath than a swimming pool; not enough space at breakfast and hot buffet options limited and of poor quality.

Excellent location for city and Freedom Trail. Nearby carparks extremely expensive although cheaper than the small car park provided by the hotel. Room large and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good kitchen facilities. What spoilt this hotel was the extremely small breakfast area. Not enough tables with people eating on lounge furniture and in the front lobby. No tables set up outside to relieve pressure considering the harbour side location. Either provide more restaurant area or plates covers to enable guests to take their breakfast back to their suites. Expensive for what it is and what it provides for the guests.

Love the location, walkable and able to find good eats. Come every year, staff is great and professional. Had to reserve pool time and had continental breakfast due to COVID, but staff very hard working. Normally they have a great hot buffet breakfast.

Very good hotel and beautiful view of the harbor.Even though a little outdated but at the same time “cozy “ Breakfast to go was excellent, they gave whatever you wanted, friendly staff, I didn’t use the parking , but I understand it’s very expensive $54 per day, I would recommend 😊
