That’s my first time staying at Spark by Hilton, and I’m not disappointed! Pretty basic, but room was clean, shower cabin was modern, continental breakfast was a perfect way to start the morning. Located in a middle of everything, literally - just steps away from dozen of restaurants and cafes, Walmart Shopping Center, Megaplex, etc I will definitely be back, it’s my new favorite spot to stay in Cedar City.

Was advertised in Hotels.com as a 9.4 hotel. Excellent? Was not impressed with the breakfast in the morning. It was advertised as " top rated ".Did not agree with their rating. The manager said it was a new concept for HILTON. Bagel breakfast bar. No hot food or waffles available. I personally reserved this hotel on line since it was advertised as a Hilton hotel. Not even close to a Hilton property. Would not stay at this hotel again!

Sierra at the front desk was awful. I don't think I have ever had someone in customer service be so rude. It was late at night and she would not open the door for me until someone else came and she had to open the door. It was not her fault that they did not have the room that we thought we had booked and paid extra for, but she did not handle the situation well at all.
