Great stay, only there for the evening, but we had a great stay!
Have used the hotel twice now as a perfect stop on our way back from Skiing. Parking easy in the car park across the road and dead easy to find straight off the motorway. The fact that it had a pool made it great for the kids to have swim before being loaded back in to the car for the final leg. Lovely hotel with a fab restaurant and good extensive breakfast. Large, comfy rooms. Highly recommended.
Modern Hotel, with parking in Central Reims. Excellent for an overnight stay.
Ticks all the boxes - central, clean, efficient friendly staff
Very nice room, nice sized bathroom, it had clearly been renovated to a high standard.
Although there was a designated car park underneath the hotel, one of the hotel staffs at the reception told us “there is no car park in this hotel, so please park your car in any public parking.” After that, we found the entrance to the hotel car park. So, just in case, we asked the hotel staff again “We actually found the entrance to the hotel car park, but you told us this hotel doesn’t have any car park.” Then the staff said “Actually we have a car park. You can park your car here.” We couldn’t believe how can a hotel staff lie about the designated car park.
Spacious, modern, comfortable rooms in a great location. Parking spaces a little narrow but manageable. Staff friendly, hotel located in a brilliant area near lots of great restaurants and shops. It’s my second stay here and would recommend.
Rooms were tiny. So small. No hotel parking. No concierge so we were soaked after parking across road in shopping mall then carrying luggage across In rain. And no concierge to help. Stayed here a few times. Rooms getting smaller and customer service zero
In the centre of all shops and restaurants but still quiet, would stay here again
