Parking busy and charged. Shower room has no door to main room. This made it cold in shower and not personal. Air con not working in room. Too noisy with window open from nearby factories. Pillows useless. Good food. But limited menus

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL!! This hotel is luxury to a T from the moment you walk in. The entire property is beautiful and the rooms are too. This is probably one of the largest and nicest hotel rooms I have ever seen (and we travel frequently.) Definitely a great place to stay in Ghent!
