Overall the rooms were cleanly and comfortable. The place was quiet. The pool was clean and somewhat heated. Additionally the”continental breakfast” was a couple of highly sweet pastries and oatmeal cups, coffee. There was no decaf, no cereal and no milk. The second day there was nothing out at 9:30am and several us waited until we gave up. When I tried to discuss the lack of breakfast the manager was argumentative and defensive. For the price we paid expecting a decent continental breakfast selection and availability is not a high bar.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and love it. The rooms are clean with a nice fireplace. The staff is professional and nice. Oceanfront which we love. We can easily walk to the beach. There is also a shuttle that comes to pick up people for Cambria lights for a fee. For the price it’s worth it.

Mini-fridges that don’t make noises that keep you awake at night. Maybe stop renting to people who try to open the adjoining door to your room. Don’t allow sing families to completely take over and camp out in the breakfast area.
