We had a nice room with a patio and partial view of the sea. We booked what we thought would be a patio room with full view of the beach but the hotel had no record of that requirement from Expedia. It looks as though the Expedia website may have misled or fooled us. Any thought on this?

Perfect weekend at a perfect site.
Managed to get a last minute booking at this site when my original booking at another hotel overbooked and canceled. So glad we ended up here. Absolutely beautiful views in a beautiful little town. The staff was very nice and the rooms/property were clean. We will be returning for sure.

Relaxing weekend getaway by the beach
The hotel service was great, very informative about services offered and their COVID protocols. The room was updated and very clean. Lots of fluffy pillows and a comfy bed. It was a great weekend stay and a great price for the room and location. Located right across the street from the beach and minutes from Cambria's downtown area. I would definitely go back!

My husband and I stayed here for an overnight romantic getaway. You can’t beat the location of the hotel and the newly renovated rooms were so nice. Unfortunately, we found the staff to be unfriendly and the bed was a little too soft for our tastes making a good night sleep impossible.

It was clean but smelled like paint due to remodel. Ice machines not working All other doors were open when we checked in from remodel to air paint. We had to bring patio chairs inside because they had not completed furnishings to sit down. Cistermor front desk was not kind at checkout when we explained concerns. Requested owners phone and will file a complaint

Beautiful changes to our room!!
The room had been renovated since the last time we were there and it was awesome!!! The only suggestion I have is to seal the door as cold air was seeping through but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
