The hotel is beautiful, very beautifully decorated and the breakfast room is lovely and good food. The staff are all lovely. The only thing was having to enter through the restaurant so if there was a Que, we were asked to wait before we could enter the hotel

Nicely decorated hotel but I did not enjoy my stay. My room faces the main street and there are night clubs nearby that played music until early morning during the weekend. The bed and pillows are too soft, they provide no support. I barely slept. I would not recommend.

Ett fantastiskt boende i hjärtat av Göteborg – 10 av 10! Min fru och jag spenderade nyligen fem dagar på Hotel Avalon i juli, och vi kunde faktiskt inte ha haft det bättre. Vi hade visserligen en otrolig tur med vädret då solen strålade konstant, vilket såklart sätter en guldkant på tillvaron, men Avalon i sig är verkligen i en klass för sig. Nästa gång vi besöker Göteborg har jag väldigt svårt att se att vi skulle boka något annat hotell! Höjdpunkterna från vår vistelse: Läge och atmosfär: Hotellet är genomgående rent, riktigt snyggt inrett och ligger extremt centralt. Du har nära till precis allt vad Göteborg har att erbjuda. Takterrassen: En riktigt trevlig oas med en liten pool. Perfekt för att sola och koppla av, och det var otroligt smidigt att kunna beställa mat och dryck direkt upp till terrassen. Frukosten (Klar 10/10!): Frukostbuffén är helt fantastisk! Här finns allt man kan tänka sig och lite till. Några saker som stack ut extra mycket Äggröra är helt outstanding Stort utbud av färsk juice och färskt bröd i alla dess former. Du kan beställa cappuccino eller espresso direkt från personalen och det ingår i frukosten! De har en fantastiskt trevlig uteservering där man kan avnjuta sin morgonfika i lugn och ro eller bara ta en kall öl på eftermiddagen. Vi kommer tillbaka!
