The hot tub was being drained and cleaned before the weekend which we appreciated! Staff were… there. None of them would address us or even acknowledge us most of the time. Weird. Other than that great stay!

Breakfast was mediocre at best- just not a large variety. The carpets seemed dirty. But still a good stay for our family.

Comfortable room with a window that opens which I like. Beds usually a bit high but not really a problem. Had a cold so didnt use the pool /hot tub but looked clean and inviting. Love the glass dome over the rec area! Hope to take grandchildren one day!

I booked through a 3rd party. I double checked confirmation - 1 Standard Room with King Size bed. Upon check in we found we were given a room with 2 Queen beds. They said that they had no other rooms available, that they were totally booked. I explained that I never would have booked a Queen since my husband is 6'8" tall. Did the booking company or the hotel make the error?? However, staff was able to shuffle around guests who have not checked in yet. We appreciate their efforts to correct this error which made our staff much more enjoyable.

Because of the pool and recreation area this hotel will is bound to attract a lot of youth sports teams as it did with our stay. Our son loved it because it meant built in kids to play with. If you are a single traveler you may want to consider other options. The rooms are well maintained and spacious.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. It had a variety of choices. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel was the noisiest I have ever stayed at. All the rooms faced the swimming pool which was filled with families with children. Its was very loud. Also the room next to me was occupied by people who were very loud and kept slamming the door while they were going in and out. The experience was frustrating as I had a busy weekend and had hoped to have a relaxing night to recuperate.
