10/10 Exceptional

I’ve been wanting to stay here since I’d seen them make a number of renovations, and it didn’t disappoint. I got one of the rooms with the hot tub and the bathroom was gorgeous. The sink, the hot tub, and the shower were beautiful. I wish I had taken pictures. The staff were also very accommodating. The following day, I had to check out very early for work and they were understanding. The hold from the security deposit was returned to me within one day as well; that is rarely seen from any hotel.

It started rough. The check in room felt like a sauna. But the room itself was fine, especially for the price. One bonus was lots of food choices nearby.

10/10 Exceptional

My stay at the Bell Vista Motel was very enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and one of the biggest perks was the free parking—which is a huge plus! The location is also excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s popular tourist attractions, making it very convenient for visitors. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Burbank.

8/10 Very good

Obviously, a great price. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. This little motel has been completely redone and maintained. I wish there was a little coffee maker and a microwave, The pillows could really use some updating and replacing.. I usually don’t stay in low-cost motels like this so my expectations might be above where they should be. But overall, I was impressed.

Would stay again

Affordable, clean, centrally located, lots of restaurants close by, water fountains to fill tall water bottles, right off interstate 5, and the staff was very friendly.

6/10 Good

The room was terrific. Very comfortable bed. The parking lot is very small, not enough room for all the guests. No amenities but a great stay for the price in Burbank. There's a great bakery across the street which was a welcomed surprise to get my coffee fix. I would stay again.
