Nice enough hotel and good location right on the beach. However, (some of) the reception staff were sullen, unfriendly, disinterested and couldn't even muster a smile when we checked in. Whilst I appreciate guests are probably pretty challenging at times, don't work in hospitality if you don't like people!

The Radisson here is unlike the Radisson's around the world. Here its like a low cost stay, so staff care less for your requests. Floors in the room are old, peeling off sheets and dirty. But the price is not low either.

The staff was very nice. The valet parkers where very nice. The hotel looked very old. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. All rooms were ocean view. They charged $150 deposit along with the price of the room. Still waiting to get my deposit back. Hotel looked very dusty from the outside. Rooms needs to be remodeled ASAP. Overall Panama was not what I expected.
