The property is very ran down and in need of updating. The shower had black mold around the seals. The toilet had a nasty ring at the water line. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower. Overall, very disappointing for $300/nt.

Stay elsewhere in Helen
Very dated. Ceiling in the bathroom was coming down, shower was not attached to the walls. Woke up to the cops raiding the unit below us. As we got a better look the next morning, There were units with cardboard on the windows that had been broken and a lot of police action with vehicles barricaded with police tape and broken down cars sitting in the parking lot taking up spaces. Neat town but would recommend staying elsewhere.

Costs too much for what you actually get
The building exteriors looked terrible. Full trash cans, cigarette butts all over the grounds and in the hallways. The corridors, stairwells, and sides of the building looked like they were falling apart. The breakfast was even worse!! Stale, non-brand muffins and danishes, no frills cereal, things like that. Nothing was served or like cooked, so don’t expect a hot breakfast. The room itself was comfortable, but very limited TV. As in, no simple upgrades like movie channels or anything! The woman at the front was the sweetest though. She and the cleanliness of the room were the only things that really stood out.
